Administration

The administration services required for a service such as Winnunga are extensive. The Administration Services Team manages and provides advice on finance management, human resources, asset and procurement, workforce and training, communications and public relations, frontline services, corporate and executive support, contract management and research services for Winnunga. It is made up of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager/Fleet Manager, the Needle Syringe Program receptionist, the Finance Team, and Information Technology.

Clinical Team

The Clinic Admin Team provides a professional frontline service to all clients attending Winnunga. In addition, they register clients with the service, maintain client records, direct enquiries, organise client transport for the GP clinic, and ensure Medicare processing is completed accurately.
