No More Bundah is a program that aims to support people who are ready to stop smoking. No More Bundah is offered as a program that runs over 8 weeks and includes Nicotine Replacement Therapy
(NRT) such as patches, inhalers and gum, group support and information are provided to increase the likelihood of success. It is expected that participants are able to commit to the 8 weeks as experience has shown that success increase with commitment to the whole program. Funding is essential for this program, however Winnunga Nimmityjah is aiming to offer No More Bundah on a regular basis.

If you have tried to stop smoking before you are welcome to try again...
remember it can take some people many tries.
No More Bundah is an 8 week program where you can
learn different ways to make stopping smoking easier. This is done through
information, group support and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches,
lozengers, chewing gum and puffers).
If you are ready to stop smoking you must be prepared to
come along each week for 8 weeks. Patches will not be given out to people
not on the No More Bundah program as funding is limited.

Priority will be given to people with Diabetes and /
or Heart and Lung sickness.
